Return Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with anything you purchased, just request a return authorization within 5 days of receiving your order and we will issue you an RA#!
No returns will be allowed without a Return Authorization Number. To request an RA#, email the following information to our Contact Us page.
We will need:
Your Name
Company Name
Order Number & Order Date (for the items being returned)
Item Number, Quantity and the specific reason for the return (for each item)
Upon receipt of your email, we will issue an RA#, which must accompany the return. This RA# will only be good for the items listed in your email. The items must be sent back to us within 10 days of the RA# being issued. Merchandise must be returned in new condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging.
There will be no returns, refunds or exchanges allowed on any items purchased from our "Specials, or items on Sale" Category or items with (SP) in the name, because these are clearance items.
Any damaged or defective items must be reported to us immediately after receipt of your order. We can only be responsible for the condition of the merchandise when it arrives. No returns will be allowed on damaged items after they have been transported or put on display for resale by our customers. Returns will only be allowed within 5 days of receiving your order.
After receiving and approving your return, we will issue a store credit, that can be used towards a future purchase. We only refund shipping charges, if we made an error on your order.
Returns of more than half of an order may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We suggest you try out our samples first. We do not have samples for all of our products so please read the ingredients of each product if you have any concerns before you purchase.
We cannot be responsible for post-office delays or any other persons receiving your package in your household and not delivering it to you, the purchaser.
Should you wish to make an unused, unopened exchange or return, please follow these procedures for accuracy:
1- Contact teamaria.com through our "Contact Us" page. Let us know the reason for your return or exchange. You will be given a "Returned Merchandise Aurthorization" number (RMA).
2-Enclose a note with the original invoice, the reason for the return and the RMA number on the invoice.
3-Re-package the item(s) in its original shipping box/carton.
4-Send the return to:

5-Keep all records of your return until settlement has been made.
Remember:
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received unopenend. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the shipping method and costs to ship the return item(s) back to us.
Please allow a two to three week processing of your return.
All Products MUST be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued.
Price Adjustments
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Order Cancellation
You may not cancel orders after it has been processed.
You may cancel any order as long as the order status is "in process". If your order status is "shipped", it cannot be canceled. A restocking fee of 30% may apply to large and heavy items cancelled after 10 days from the original order date.
Merchandise and Availability
We reserve the right to limit quanitites ordered. We may discount on bulk orders. Orders of large quantities may take longer to ship due to the batch order. All orders will be processed in the order it was received. All back-orders will be processed in order of the next batch order. All back-orders will be processed in a timely-manner.
Note: The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an "exchange" additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. "Credit", if issued will be given for the purchase price only but not for the original shipping and handling charges.
